My name is Richard Mendham.
I am new to KhaoZ Media and started volunteering about a month ago.
I can already edit radio files, interview and compose music.
I am interested in all aspects of multimedia technology.
I would like to continue learning how to edit radio programmes and films, and getting more practice in interviewing people.
My perfect project would be to make a film about transport which incorporates music. This is because all aspects of transport is my hobby and I compose music about transport too.
My favourite food, that is a hard question because I am not very picky. Savoury I like beef, bacon, vegetables, salads, etc, etc. For sweat, I love all types of ice-cream, triffles, I love coffee cake, mocha, tiramisu. I also like stewed fruit – apple, apple and blackbery-in pies or with custard or both. I could go on…
My hobbies are road transport, particularly vintage/veteran and steam. When I get chance, I go to rallies and museums. I also travel my train and bus. I enjoy going on steam trains too.
My favourite band? I dont like most modern music. I like old pop music from before the twenties to the sixties. I do like modern music played as instrumentals. I love country music, Irish, folk, Scottish, Welch, brass bands, piano, fair ground organs, theatre and electronic organs. Most instuments as solos. I like to go to concerts as well.
